I translate business problems into systems that hold up in production: entire platforms, built solo, with rigorous architecture and an AI development pipeline. More process discipline than a corporate team, without the overhead.
You already know what the bad version looks like.
If you've worked with a traditional agency, you've probably been through all three:
Billing by man-month
You pay for hours, not results. The team grows, deadlines slip, the budget gets “re-estimated”.
Nobody picks up the phone
Between you and the people writing the code sit an account manager and two layers of reporting.
Jargon instead of decisions
You get sprints and demos. What you needed was a decision and a delivery date.
The alternative isn't a bigger team. It's one person accountable for everything, and a method that makes it possible.
How one architect delivers at team scale.
Not through long nights. Through method, the steps below run on every project, no exceptions.
Architecture
Structure before code. The expensive decisions, data model, integrations, scaling plan, are made at the start, when they cost the least.
Augmented build
An AI development pipeline works by my rules, at the pace of several developers combined. No decision enters the system without going through me.
Automated review
Every line of code goes through automated review and static analysis before it enters the system. No “ship it, it'll hold”.
End-to-end tests
End-to-end scenarios simulate real users on every change. Regressions get caught before release, not after.
Monitored production
The system is watched continuously after launch. I'm the first to hear about problems, not your users.
AI tools are the equipment on the construction site. You're buying the building.
I don't do AI for AI's sake: if an automation doesn't move a number in the P&L, it has no place in the project.
Built, not promised.
Each with its own tech sheet, the decisions behind it, not just the result.
Real Estate SaaS Platform
Built solo, from scratch, for a real-estate developer: it manages dozens of residential complexes, each with hundreds of apartments, from inventory and contracts to day-to-day operations.
Pharmaceutical e-commerce platform
Modern online shop for a Bucharest pharmacy chain: a 35,000+ product catalog, online payments, courier delivery and in-pharmacy pickup.

RallyOne
Marketing site for a rally car service, in final client review: design, build, launch, one person accountable.

Raluca Stan
Migration from WordPress to a modern, bilingual RO/EN site, delivered turnkey: structure, copywriting, design, build and deploy, all from me.

SummitView
Bilingual RO/EN site for a real-estate company, delivered end-to-end: property listings, ebooks, funnels and automated emails through Resend.

Mortgage credit scoring
Internal application for a finance agency: agents compare real offers from 13 banks and send clients PDF simulations.

Școala Pleiade
Site + e-learning platform for one of Romania's best-known coaching schools, migrated off WordPress with zero interruption for students.
Wherever you are with your product, I take it from there.
Four ways to work with me, depending on the stage you're at.
Custom SaaS platforms, end-to-end
From architecture to production. You bring the business problem; I answer for the system that solves it, and for the fact that it keeps running.
External architect / Fractional CTO
Strategic technology decisions for companies that don't need a full-time CTO, nor the mistakes made in the absence of one.
From prototype to production
You built the product yourself, with AI tools, and it works, but every new feature is more fragile than the last. I take the system over, standardize it and carry it to production: architecture, security, tests, monitoring. The product stays yours. The discipline becomes mine.
Premium marketing sites
Design, build, production, everything from scratch, no templates, no page builders: a fast, precise site that shows your business at its best. If all you need is “something quick and simple”, I'm not the right person. The site you're reading right now is built exactly this way.
No surprises.
From the first message to a system in production, the same road, every time.
Discovery call
30 minutes. You bring the business problem; I leave with homework.
Written proposal
Problem, solution, fixed price, deadline. Within days, not weeks.
Delivery in short stages
Working software at every step, not progress reports.
Production & handover
A system monitored around the clock, with documentation and handover procedures from day one.
The person behind the method.

I started 16 years ago, on the frontend, with an obsession for detail. I moved through fullstack, then into architecture, and over the past few years I've built my own AI-driven way of working, one that lets me deliver, alone, platforms that would normally take an entire team.
I take on only a few clients at a time, it's the only way the promise on this page stays true: one person, accountable for everything.
Beyond that: Timișoara, family, and a curiosity that doesn't stop at code.
The questions you'd be right to ask.
I'd ask them too, in your shoes.
Can one person really carry a project this size?
Yes, with process discipline, not heroics. Every line of code goes through automated review, static analysis and tests; production is monitored continuously. More rigor than many teams, without their overhead.
What happens if you're not available?
The code is documented, the infrastructure is reproducible, and handover procedures are written from the start. Continuity is guaranteed by contract, not promised verbally.
I've already built my app with AI. Does it need a rewrite from scratch?
Sometimes partially, rarely entirely. We start with a short audit and you get a clear verdict before any commitment. I keep everything worth keeping.
How much does it cost?
Every proposal carries a fixed price, set after the discovery call, based on the problem and the scope. You pay for an outcome, not man-months.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope, but never “a year, then we'll see”. I work in short stages, with working software at every step, the first usable screens appear within weeks, not months. The exact deadline comes with the proposal, as a commitment, not an optimistic estimate. I don't bill man-months, so delays earn me nothing, I have no reason to produce them.
Who owns the code after delivery?
You do, entirely. Code, infrastructure, documentation, credentials, everything in your company's name, from day one. I don't lock you in: any competent architect can take the system over at any time. You stay with me because it's worth it, not because you have to.
One discovery call.
30 minutes.
You describe the problem and the context. Within days you receive a written proposal: the problem, as I understood it, the solution and a fixed price. From there, you decide.
